1Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" — refers to the waja333 website accessible at https://waja333.one and all services provided within it.
• "User" / "You" — refers to any individual who registers or uses the services of the waja333 platform.
• "Account" — refers to a user account that has been validly registered on this platform.
• "Account Balance" — refers to the total cash amount held in a user's account at any given time, excluding bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" — refers to any free credits, promotional funds or other benefits granted by the platform to a user in accordance with the specified conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" — refers to the process of transferring cash from an account balance to the payment method registered by the user.

2User Eligibility

Use of the waja333 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

3Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Individual

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the waja333 platform at any time. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, IP address, device, phone number or payment method is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

Users are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during the registration process. Any changes to personal information — including phone number, email address or payment method — must be updated through the account settings section or by contacting customer support.

3.3 Login Security

Users are fully responsible for the security of their account username and password. waja333 recommends using a strong password and not sharing login details with any other party.

• Do not use the same password on other platforms.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Payment Methods

The waja333 platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX), Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

4.2 Minimum Limits

The minimum deposit is RM50 for all listed payment methods. The minimum withdrawal is RM100 for all payment methods.

4.3 Processing Time

Withdrawals are typically processed within 10 to 45 minutes after the request is confirmed. This timeframe is subject to internal review processes and the processing capacity of third-party payment processors.

4.4 Deposit Policy Compliance

Funds deposited into a waja333 account must belong entirely to the user and must not originate from any unlawful source. waja333 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method if any suspicious activity is detected.

5Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 120% on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM300. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus funds is permitted.

Approved calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM120 → Balance RM220 → Wagering required: RM120 × 15 = RM1,800
• Deposit RM600 → Bonus RM300 → Balance RM900 → Wagering required: RM300 × 15 = RM4,500

5.2 VIP Programme

Loyal waja333 users are eligible to be upgraded within the VIP programme, which contains four tiers with the following weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

VIP tier upgrades are based on the user's playing activity over time, as assessed internally by waja333.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses cannot be combined unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• waja333 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including hedge betting (arbitrage), use of multiple accounts or manipulation of wagering requirements — may result in bonus cancellation and account termination.

6Game Rules

The waja333 platform offers various game categories including online slots, live casino, sports betting, poker and arcade games. Each category and game has its own specific rules which can be found on their respective pages.

6.1 Transparency & Fairness

All slot games and casino games use independently certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure random and fair outcomes. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is available for users to reference.

6.2 Technical Failure

In the event of a technical failure or connection disruption during a game session, waja333 will endeavour to restore the relevant betting records. Any game outcome generated during a confirmed technical disruption may be deemed void and the related bets will be returned.

7User Responsibilities

8Account Termination

8.1 Termination by User

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting waja333 customer service via live chat or email. The request will be processed once all active wagering requirements have been fulfilled and there are no pending withdrawals.

8.2 Termination by waja333

waja333 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user account without prior notice if:

• The user violates any provision in these Terms & Conditions.
• The user provides false or misleading registration information.
• Suspected fraudulent or money laundering activity is detected.
• The account is used by an individual under 21 years of age.
• The user violates the terms of any promotion or bonus programme.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Users who wish to practise responsible gambling may apply for temporary or permanent self-exclusion through the account settings section or by contacting customer service. During the exclusion period, the account will not be accessible for any betting activity.

9Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, waja333 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Game outcomes disputed by users, unless a confirmed technical failure is proven to have occurred.

10Changes to Terms & Conditions

waja333 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be communicated via the platform's website or by email to registered users within a reasonable period before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes to the terms is considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you are required to stop using the platform and request account closure.
